Now you just need someone to share that with and make sure it comes to life!

Whether it be a Big Birthday, Hens Party or your Wedding, having me as your dedicated On The Day Coordinator, I will ensure every detail is executed to your vision.

As the main point of contact, I will oversee every detail that you have planned and make sure it is on point and as it should be.

Set Up & Styling

Needing me to set up your decorations or hire items? EASY! Depending on your chosen venue, you may be provided with an event manager, but it doesn’t necessarily mean they will set up and style your event with all your DIY or besboke decorations. Don’t be discouraged to bring in your own props, I can work with you to style your venue exactly how you envision it.

What’s included:

  • Face-to-face or skype consultation to go through your vision and requirements for the set up
  • Arrive 2-3 hours before event is due to start to set up (depending on scale of event)
  • Unlimited email correspondence

Prices from $360


A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm this service. The remaining 50% of the total fee is due a fortnight before the event date. Travel outside 20km from the CBD will incur a travel fee.

Set Up & Styling + On The Day Coordination

Just add on some hours for execution. I can be there to set up and style your event 2-3 hours prior and hang around to ensure it all runs smoothly until you cut the cake and get on the DF or start saying your goodbyes. You will have prepared your own run sheet and confirmed the vendors beforehand. Hand the details over to me and I’ll coordinate it, so you have time to get yourself all dolled up for the party and have the time to talk to all your guests.

What’s included:

  • Hand over meeting 1 week before event – we will go through your run sheet/requirements, service providers and your vision for the set up
  • Arrive 2-3 hours before event is due to start to set up (depending on scale of event)
  • Time keeping with service providers and guests to ensure it all runs smoothly
  • Greeting your guests and assisting them in any way
  • Special attendance to the hosts and specific family members
  • Stay ’til the cake (approx. 3 hours)

Extras:

  • Don’t have time to pick up the flowers or balloons on the day? Additional services upon request and can be discussed at consultation.
  • Not enough time to design and send out your invitations and manage your RSVPs? Click Here to find out more!
  • Depending on which package you decide, I can hang around until finish to ensure everything post the cake cutting has run smoothly. This includes things like packing up the gifts and the leftover cake and any extra rituals you need carried out.

1 Month to go

You have confidently secured your suppliers and are starting to get excited about the countdown! This is the perfect time to hand over the reigns and let me take it from here. From confirming your suppliers, to getting the floor plan right, I will make sure everything is sorted before AND on the day so you can sit back and relax.

What’s included:

  • Hand over meeting 1 month before event – we will go through your vision board, your service providers and a run down of the event
  • Assist in preparing your run-sheet, floor plan and discuss the order of events with celebrant, photographer and venue
  • Introduce Jess to your service providers and ensure they know she will be the point of contact.
  • Let you decide the start time
  • Will put your wet weather plan in put in place (if required)
  • Ceremony and Reception set up
  • Time keeping with service providers and guests to ensure it all runs smoothly
  • Greeting your guests and assisting them in any way
  • Special attendance to the Bride and Groom, the Bridal Party and close family
  • Be ready for your arrival at the reception and ensure you have enough time to take a moment before you kick off the rest of your day!
  • Be on queue with the MC to ensure they don’t miss a beat

Extras:

Depending on which package you decide, I can hang around until finish to ensure speeches, cake cutting, first dance, any extra rituals that need to carried out or simply to collect left over cake, gifts or personal items so you don’t have to worry
